...t sets unrealistic target 2. Worst HR team ever doesn’t know their own duties 3. Salary can be delayed by 2-3 days HR blame accounts departments and vice versa 4. Job security zero they want people who can show intent instead of actual effort 5. can fire you anytime 6. Lack of support from manager 7. No growth 8. Extend your day by 8 or 8:30 sometimes 9 . No appreciation 10. Constant work pressure

Excellent company culture - good work is respected and rewarded. Great place to learn and grow. Hectic schedule, but I guess that's a part and parcel of the job. Amazing colleagues, great office spaces, handsome packages.. you get it all if you have the hunger to perform!

We are a small start up and hence tons of avenues to learn from! No fancy designations, most grounded founding team. It's almost like it's my own venture I'm working for 😍

Dislikes

There's nothing that I dislike. Have rated low on work life balance, but I guess we all need to work very hard, when we intend to grow big !
