...t sets unrealistic target 2. Worst HR team ever doesn’t know their own duties 3. Salary can be delayed by 2-3 days HR blame accounts departments and vice versa 4. Job security zero they want people who can show intent instead of actual effort 5. can fire you anytime 6. Lack of support from manager 7. No growth 8. Extend your day by 8 or 8:30 sometimes 9 . No appreciation 10. Constant work pressure

No likes lot of politics are seen worst place to work with. All people from north are in top position. So its like all the work on you.

Dislikes

Office politics, 12 Hours per day, no work life balance, only one week holiday, that also work from home on Sunday. No leaves provided. Manager/ co founder drinks in cabin and takes wrong descisions . Lot of nepotism

Excellent company culture - good work is respected and rewarded. Great place to learn and grow. Hectic schedule, but I guess that's a part and parcel of the job. Amazing colleagues, great office spaces, handsome packages.. you get it all if you have the hunger to perform!

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
