... incentive is only after your fight for it else no one is interested to pay you. Salary is mostly not in time, 0 transparency for future. Hopeless place to join. I suggest don’t join it, extremely poor culture....higher management is never bothered for your career roadmap. No perks, no insurance, very less leaves...be ready for LOPs. Have seen most employees leaving the organisation in less than a year, experimental hire fire is also possible.

No work culture, No induction, No introduction, no process guidance just come and start working on your own. Very unfriendly environment, full on bias!! Come to office in pandemic at sharp 9.30 AM but extended your shift till 7 PM. No learning experience at all

Gradmener is a very professional and excellent company to work with as the environment and the work ethic are as such that your not pressured alot. Management is very supportive and understanding . They have very good project in hand and are growing on high pace from the time I left the company. This is one good company to watch out and to work with if you have options for.
