It does not offer job security. For reasons unknown, may controllable or non-controllable by the company, currently, I am at the edge as Grab has asked me to resign on the 9th May as they do not have enough money to pay a lot many employees. It made me fee like, their business sense was questionable as in the past they spent a lot on employee engagement and development, but now everything is at a decline. this is affecting my resume as it only will show 1 year of experience as an AM in L&D which is a given that is to less for me to apply somewhere else at the same designation.

Entry level colleagues are highly skilled , passionate and hardworking (in Broad way), you can learnt lot from them.

Dislikes

Too much internal politics, zero work life balance, don't appreciate your work , toxic company culture, working over time treated as working hard, working efficiently didn't matter, favouritism is on top(all apply for GFG only)
