Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Some times,i have work 15-18 hours straight in a day as i have attend client calls as well as CMD calls in late evening/night.

As per my view, learning and development both are depend on us. And culture is dpend on our co workers. I was good enough to keep going but not to grow. And also u didn't feel secure while working there.
