Not job security and no payment. ITI policies for guest lecturer is so bad and unfair. I am not satisfied these work place .

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high... Sometimes I have to worked 10hours straight in a day as I have attend student calls In the evening and sometimes managers do not value as individuals unique strengths,.... So which is why I have take back my suggestion most of times...

Good work environment and culture teammates are suppotive and the management is transparent there is a huge company policies are good appraisals are fair and they gove good salary hike and bonus every year

Thare is a lot of politics and the management doens't address our issues .saleary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resing .on the job training is not given to new joinees
