On completion of required service, promotion grade pay automatically should be given, if the post is available or not. File transparency should be maintained. If the file is held for more than the given time punishments should be incorporated. partiality should not be shown on a caste basis/position basis.

Dislikes

transparency being not maintained, partiality was shown from person to person, and most purchase cases are taking fraud. promotions are delayed deliberately, powers/ duties are misused by many officers and staff should be stopped. time limit is not fixed on file movement.

Yes Security of Employees, Competitive Salary and Benefits, Regular Increments, Medical Benifits, Retirement Benefits, Leave Policy, Government Quarters.

Dislikes

I dislike working in a goverment job because there is no concept of performance based pay.

All round skill development, larger perspective, contribution to nation building, visiting places pan India.

Dislikes

Low compensation level, promotion not linked to capability, poor promotion aspects, at times responsibilities assigned are not commensurate with capability and seniority.

Cannot say much . I am just thankful to the Government for my salary.

Government Education Department in my state is perfect only in papers and social media . Ground reality is pathetic , from infrastructure to school management and teachers basic recreational facility . There's lot to say , but it will be the poor helpless teachers who will be blamed and punished for the schools' failing management and weak academic performance .

its really nice to designation of an Civil Engineer in Govt. Sector. as well as we learn more, can develop our skills, learn many new things etc. that's why i am so proud of myself to be here.

Dislikes

Nothing.. but we need to get our salary on time.
