I dislike working in a goverment job because there is no concept of performance based pay.

Firing u takes a lot of effort on the government part, thus they don't fire you. As they well know that they will require to do a lot of paperwork to fire someone as well as recruit someone to fill that post

Dislikes

No skill development, u become a jack of all trades master of none. The appraisals, increments and promotions are not performance based.

I like just so much of working in the government school because the girls and boys the very co-ordinate and good reading skills and more Of cultural activities and more possible of doing explanation and seminars

There is no dislike about that government school but some of reason time consuming there is not consistence so that's why it's so like it
