Not much pressure.Those who are permenant employee they just don't work. Only saving grace is that it is close to ny native place

Dislikes

No promotions of contractual employees.No salary increase.Few leaves as compared to permenant employees.No residence allotted.All work done by contractual doctors.Regular ones do very less work.No job security.Can be terminated same day as soon as regular employee joins.salries of contractual employees is also delayed

I get to handle a massive load of patients with very limited resources, helps develop management and procedural skills.

Dislikes

Frequent night duties, long shifts, no extra pay for extra work, no promotions, low salary and what not.

... poor. Salaries not received in time. Budget queries were very rigid and poor. Last One month salary not given by ICMR. Poor Experience of ICMR Delhi

It was a good experience to work in GMCH.? Job Secutiry and career growth are the issues faced by contractual staff.

warking as JR you depend on most of the time on Senior resident doctor......SR guve littrely very good environment to survive nursing staff is also good ....

Dislikes

working as JR is little bit toxic by senior consultant facilities is not up to like a medical college....as compared to Distract hospital.....this is like big infrastructure DH mess system is very bad in this ....system charges so much as rent from mess owner ....that impact food quality & food charges ....no play ground for young doctor & staff just 2 basic badminton net

There is enough workload to get a good experience and there is lot of cases to learn from The hospital has good facilities

Dislikes

The administration is very political and is very difficult to work. There is no hostel or accommodation
