Everything like their pay packages are quite low on the contrary the university is charging students huge loads of money. Next is that they change rules as per their convenience and doesn’t regard medical issues and no humanitarian approach towards staff. In total they cause slow and steady mental trauma by giving shit reasons for increased workload and poor management.

Salary on time. Nothing else! Pathetic environment, pathetic teacher student relationship, pathetic heads, pathetic management, politics everywhere, no leaves easily u can take on your marriage and illness even. You can be given others lectures by easily you cnt deny. Evytime u r busy. No time to go to washroom evn to hv lunch water tea evn. They they pprless university they imitate LPU rather they do evy wrk three times. Job security is zero. Workload is too much! Online portal wrk is done till 2:30 only. U tk wrk at home too. Evn it dznt finish at all. Extra duties are given. Buses move slowly in meetings exams or daily due to traffic. I hate CU. Management abuses new, staff in interviews. M witness. They give comments on looks rather than considering their wrk value they see face value. Hence aptly said, unchi dukan, fikka pakwaan! They are selling chandigarh name on their CU name.

...taff right upto the security guards is so helpful that you won't ever feel lost. Salary is always on time and HR dept is cooperative too.

Saturdays are working most of the time and if you've joined recently, the leaves would be few.

HR staff has noo respect for the teachers ... Pay least interest to teachers problems... They won't even pay you well for your job... Overall it's a toxic environment there.

No respect to faculties Micro management Workload not evenly distributed among faculty pool 6 day work week. Roster off is available but may get cancelled any moment. No. of holidays and leaves are also very less.
