warking as JR you depend on most of the time on Senior resident doctor......SR guve littrely very good environment to survive nursing staff is also good ....

working as JR is little bit toxic by senior consultant facilities is not up to like a medical college....as compared to Distract hospital.....this is like big infrastructure DH mess system is very bad in this ....system charges so much as rent from mess owner ....that impact food quality & food charges ....no play ground for young doctor & staff just 2 basic badminton net

It’s a government medical college so we have huge patient load as many procedures are happening here so we can learn more under the guidance of senior doctors
