Just have a Lil bit concerns related salary. But those issues can be sorted out too.

No one is going to compensate according to the growth or the position. They will only lend responsibilities on the head without increasing your salary, partiality is seen very commonly. No employee centric environment, only cost cutting is taken into priority, to do this, they will also cut down your salary/incentives. Sometimes they will find many reasons to cut your money.

you will get to learn something new over here, the service which they provide is so terible, if get any chance to get a job in here just skip it and try to work somewhere else, u will regret if u joined here, also u have to work for sat sundays for no reason u will be sitting idle for during weekends.

please dont join here u will regret it, they dont care about your knowledge and skills.

Good organization! Company is much good because from here I learnt many things only in 4 months. Management is good and about managers and TL is very supportive for any fresher/experienced user. So I think this is good company to start your career in good direction.

BigBoss office.... Everyday new tasks (kindly note that tasks are not related to work)... One more Don't Trust the BigBoss and its management... They never ever stand to their words... Instead of business... They're interested in their employees personal life.. 🤣 They fired like BigBoss chahate he tum kal se mat aao* If their is no work load. IT department is joke.... Company policy is funny script, because Even Company doesn't follow.... Best is ERROR policy.
