Compensation is decent, but groth is slow. The work pressure is very high somtimes, i have to work 10 - 15 hours straight in a day as i have to attent client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night so i i have to resign ........

Gopaljee Dairy is firing employees without showing any reasons. One of best example of Lala company's mentality. So, before you leave your current job, please reconsider that you may be fired any time depending upon Lalaji or his chela-chapata's wish.

Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm( 6 days/week)

*Salary credits in between 26 to 30 of next month, means 1 month salary is always on hold. *Company culture is below average. *Work culture is below average. *It will be a regret if you leave any MNC/good company to join Ananda Group. *No EPF, ESI or other deduction, Medical Insurance optional. *No Pantry/cafeteria, have to eat lunch on working desk. *No celebrations. *CMD, Directors are involved in every small thing.

M working with Ananda as a internal auditor , getting experience about in accounts and Audit feild ,m happy with Ananda but company facing huge loss so they decided to Ananda shops change in franchise so our staff decrease.

Compensation is not decent, and growth is slow .and management is very poor of the company
