...personal and professional life as you have to work strictly 12 hrs. Everyday 2). Your salary will be based on how many hours you have worked in the month. 3). No Job safety - Director can throw you out anytime 4). They will make good talks in your interview but will not support you while you actually work in the company 5). There are plenty of employees who are relatives of the Director and will not spread fake about you behind your back, KAAM SE ZYADA CHAMFHAGIRI .....BHOT HAI... 6). You have to praise your boss (Boss ko KHUS kro - Unke talve chato, ya chamcha giri kro) if you have to grow in the company or make good increment 7). They can change their rules anytime but you have to follow strict rules. 8). No proper Higiene even it is a food making FMCG

...hey will never give leave if you take more than 2 leave they will throw you out. Too much politics, very bad management and Hr department is Same as government organisation always crediting salary late in our account, culture less people's working their and this company is a pure example of unethical company. Always doing fraud activity with the international buyers and always giving false commitments to the foreign importers
