Management have not clearlity about functional and cultural team management. required only people when they have urgency. after they will through out from company without any reason. Please be prepared when you join there.

Salary on time and company is very good.

Dislikes

No promotion no increment no growth like post wise also and salary wise also no DA no TA for salesman. Company thinking only distributor for support them like rent and incentives but for salesman DA no incentives plan permanently that is the main problem

Each department have great team-work and also inter-department relations are good. All the Board members and Head of Departments are very supportive, understanding and do not put work pressure on their subordinates.

There is no work life Balance and proper salary bar, at least for Sales staff.

No Job safety - Director can throw you out anytime 4). They will make good talks in your interview but will not support you while you actually work in the company 5). There are plenty of employees who are relatives of the Director and will not spread fake about you behind your back, KAAM SE ZYADA CHAMFHAGIRI .....BHOT HAI... 6). You have to praise your boss (Boss ko KHUS kro - Unke talve chato, ya chamcha giri kro) if you have to grow in the company or make good increment 7).
