GOC was a great place to work only because of my direct Managers who were very supportive throughout my tenure at GOC and the pay was also really good!

...ey were never approachable and never created awareness pertaining to some issue. Despite they used to come at the end moment to fire people and do cost cutting and used to get awards for that, and the senior management sitting in the states doesn't know these people's best practices :)

All the negative reviews here are genuine. Nothing to like. Please do not join if you are a career oriented person and into digital marketing and have knowledge about Google ads and Dv360. The management is in a fairy land illusion claiming we re the best in industry which is a myth they believe. if you talk to hr and management about the problems n career growth in the organisation, the leadership team says we are giving you free food in cafeteria for you. Really pathetic and unprofessional.

...nies and do not value experienced employees. Downright cheap and unprofessional. They only play the Google brand game and give cheap compensation to employees. It's fake Google. Only to ease the work of Google Employees and to put the blame on you.

Considering that GOC provides good insurance policy and bonus nothing other than that were appealing or worthy to be shared. Although experience at work will remove all the happiness.

...et with all of the associates and one on one by the team leads happen very rare. The managers also manipulate very easily when it comes to annual hike or bonus, they just add some random arguments to make you believe that you haven't met the metrics which is totally the opposite. Overall, very bad management and you'd feel that you are not part of a Google Firm but you are working for a vendor who just has the name of Google. Also this is a 24/7 rotation shift role.

Highly Toxic Work Culture, No Career Growth, Bad Salary Hike, Politics and Micromanagement. Higher Management has Literally No Clue regarding the present situation of Support Associates. Company is facing it's Highest Attrition Rate in the Last 3 Years due to Toxic Politics played by Managers and Team Leaders with addition of Toxic Work Culture.

Managers and Team Leads have only 3 tasks in Google Operations Center - Micromanagement, Gossiping and Politics. If you are a Career Oriented Person, please don't Spoil your Professional Career and Resume Experience by joining Google Operations Center. One of my Colleague is now suffering from High Depression and Anxiety due to Toxic Work Culture of Google Operations Center. There are much better work opportunities available in the Indian Market currently in comparison to Google Operations Center. Think Twice before joining Google Operations Center else you might only end up regretting later in future.

The Google Operations Center as genral has a ability to provide better working exprince to employees when compared with any other organisations. It does provide you with some Good meals and benefits for personal growth which one could claim reimbursements for.

Dislikes

... 'maybe' get hike one day or better role or better IJPs would role out some day. You might get good salary package at the start however you won't get often hikes. People get layed off before they can complete their 5 years for you know!!!!!!
