Everyone here treats each other with respect and appreciates other people. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work in collaboration happily. Being a startup, very less job security. Top level Management keeps changing their mind frequently because of internal conflicts and not posing a long term vision. So, team member suffers a lot and company losses thier key employees in bulk.
