The only thing I liked about the company are my colleagues and the heritage left by the original Gold's gym.

No any support in during covid 19 they gave us only one month of salary after shutdown tha gym no any gauranty for secure future and they also fired us without any information when after reopen tha gym

So many salary deductions, no freedom to work, so many boundation , illogical policies, haven't provided my last month's salary , growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
