Hate the HR manager Mr. Akash tambe who doesn't knw anything and is completely useless. Doesn't knw to manage anything and doesn't complete his task on time. Also is not professional enough .

The company never fials to pay you on time. Salary is credited upto %th day of of every Month irrespective to curernt market situation and company's financial situation. If you have explored your work life much ad want to settle down in stable company, Goldmine is most recommended for scuh preferences.

Dislikes

Very Less innovative Work, most of work sounds like filling the xls, very less creative portfolio in Pune Branch, so for servicing or BDE profile less opportunity to grow. Full on politics, if you mold yourself in this politics you will enjoy being here otherwise you will regret. Once you are paid on lesser side, you will always be paid on or get growth on lesser side and vice-versa if you are paid on higher side.

...t my best moment in this company. Avhieved many things growth, good friends. I can say wat ever today I have good package it's just because of goldmine only. HR team is very good cooperative and supportive.

Only job security is not there that's it.

I really enjoy working at the company because the office environment is excellent - it's comfortable and well equipped. The team here is fantastic everyone is friendly, supportive, and willing to help each other. There's a great sense of collaboration and camaraderie, which makes working here both enjoyable and motivating. I also appreciate the opportunities for growth and the positive company culture that fosters both personal and professional development.

.... There should be at least one fun activity each week to help refresh our minds. Another issue is the lack of salary growth. There doesn't seem to be much opportunity for salary increases, which can be discouraging in the long run. I believe more opportunities for growth and better work-life balance would really help improve the overall experience.

The atmosphere in the office is friendly, the staff in the animation and edit tram are supportive, for some improvement in the work sessions are held once in a while, specially for the creative department, and at the end of the year he is rewarded by the company on performance basis, taking long leave once a year is never a problem as the leave is approved by adjusting the workload of the rest of the manager and colleagues in the department

Dislikes

Big festivals and activities should be celebrated with vigor, there is no compensation for working Saturday and Sunday
