The manager will give you salary as if doing any favour on you. The worst company ever. They will play politics with you , they will speak very badly with you and if you raise voice they will fire you.... In that also they will first take all the data and the work from you and slow ly make you useless without work... So that you resign yourself and at the end will not make your payments too. Communication channels are absolutely bad....no one listens they will just make an opinion about you without even listening you ..Never ever join this sick company.

I had high hopes when I joined Internet Moguls because of its 13-year history but in hindsight considering working for a new startup would have been a wiser choice. I appreciate working with Agrim, my manager and co-founder of the company but he also left the company now.

Dislikes

...nable, including lack of transparency, unfair practices, and unresponsiveness. My outstanding salary which was owed to me in July was settled in September after legal intervention. Late salary payments were a recurring issue, not only for me but for my colleagues as well, and multiple reviews on Ambition Box and Glassdoor confirm this. There is an absence of constructive feedback leaving employees without clear guidance on their performance and areas for improvement. When I tried to address my issues professionally with Avi Arya, my supervisor/ CEO of the Company. He chose to block me on WhatsApp instead of addressing my concerns. HR is ineffective and unresponsive. A toxic work culture that doesn't respect and value their employees.

Seniors are really good, they are the backup you need. They will let you fight your own battle but will back you up when you need them. The best things about this company is freedom over your work, no micromanaging.

Sometime clients get a little over demanding and asks you to work on your off days.

Great learning opportunities, Amazing team and mentors who have taught so much. Great clients to work with. Positive work atmosphere. No internal politics. Everyone shines there on their talent and work sincerity.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance due to continuous pressure and as its a 6 days working, I think this has become a passe nowadays. Moreover due to highly competitive environment, its hard to enjoy relaxation even on holidays
