Some policies need to be reformed like onsite opportunities, weekend/overtime working payment is very less. Should introduce sick leaves.

Work Culture is Great. Seniors are supportive and login and logout timings are flexible.

You wont be getting any learning opportunities. GS works on old web technologies and ideas. Not recommended to join as a fresher as you will end up wasting your time.

It is an excellent place to work and enjoy. I have been working at goldensource for 7 years and its an amazing career growth and satisfaction that I got.

Earlier there was lot of enthusiasm and cultural fests happening at goldensource. But now it is only having work culture with no fun part.

Dislike related two things happen such as, some leaders partiality about not gave task on related work also they safe there own jobs not sharing work to those people want to work.And again finally one text paper will decided you are capable or not after many months.
