...ure is good. Team member are very supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Overall this organization is good but career growth is slow on my opinion.

You can have knowledge about different departments because you will get the opportunity to work in different departments in multi tasking program. And can have knowledge about the documentation works etc.

Policy is very good but higher management at unit level play with quality and give Face value is important more than quality base value ? Bengali culture more adptable by mean any how ! One deviation for alprazolam and omigel sample reconcilation not match , which impacte to take my decision to leave the company ! OOT investigation not initiated in most of cases. After change of QC head in support of unit head.

Data hiding culture is in place ! So that I had left ! Data integrity issue not reported and it is depend on reasonal value like Bengali and local become safe and other in risk zone ! Quality impacting integrity issue not highlighted is observed during investigation but they make all investigation at their thought in place of actual cause !

No financial growth, no technical growth, managment very poor. In the name of managment site incharge imposes own rule. Fovours only their liked one's. In time is very strict but out time is not not limited after stipulated time.

Well working in lab with LIMS is very compatible.And it has produced a very good experience with all calculation and complete flow and review of work done online.
