Policy is very good but higher management at unit level play with quality and give Face value is important more than quality base value ? Bengali culture more adptable by mean any how ! Data hiding culture is in place ! So that I had left ! Data integrity issue not reported and it is depend on reasonal value like Bengali and local become safe and other in risk zone ! Quality impacting integrity issue not highlighted is observed during investigation but they make all investigation at their thought in place of actual cause !
