Policy is very good but higher management at unit level play with quality and give Face value is important more than quality base value ? Bengali culture more adptable by mean any how ! No financial growth, no technical growth, managment very poor. In the name of managment site incharge imposes own rule. Fovours only their liked one's. In time is very strict but out time is not not limited after stipulated time.
