Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Gokhale institute is open to innovation and readily adopts advanced technology. love the fact that I am part of a faculty that high quality teaching and has a global student base. As a result, I get to travel pan India, especially to the Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangluru etc. I am doing research project on child under nutrition in the tribal regions of India and South Africa. Another positive point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee good policy here.
