Gokhale institute is open to innovation and readily adopts advanced technology. love the fact that I am part of a faculty that high quality teaching and has a global student base. As a result, I get to travel pan India, especially to the Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangluru etc. I am doing research project on child under nutrition in the tribal regions of India and South Africa. Another positive point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee good policy here....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
