...re a mirage. You will be promised big numbers, but no grant will EVER be issued. Same for VARIABLE pay - forget about seeing a single rupee from that. Salary hikes are an alien concept. Work culture is extremely poor. Salaries are delayed every month, there are arbitrary salary deductions because "you were not working properly". Employees have faced withheld salaries, terminations without any notice period or severance pay. Conversely, some employees were made to work beyond their notice period without any pay with threats of experience letters etc. There were instances where employees on medical leave returned to find they were fired without any notice. There is no clear business strategy or vision. How your day will go is totally dependent on the mood "maalik" woke up with on that morning. If you find yourself with a cliff on one side and goglocal on the other, I recommend jumping off the cliff.

Primary Investor-Founder's integrity is questionable. Employees and vendors worry about getting promised pay. Exit process is a fight.
