The studio works with different clients and technologies, which makes it a great place for learning. The best thing about the studio is, if you have knowledge, it does not matter what your technical background is you will be welcomed here. The work culture is light and fun. It's a studio with very flat hierarchy and open doors to spar with anyone. Working with this studio gives you the opportunity to be a part of dynamic and driven team, in which team work is as important as individual contribution, big or small.

Compensation and benefit is not at par with the standards.

The best place to learn, work, and enhance skills. The environment of the organization is so cool and supportive. The HR team is so much support in everything. They help you in every aspect of work, finance and etc. Managers and Leads are so awesome they don't make feel you that they are the people with authority. MD of the company Ranbeer sir is the most fantastic person I have met. He is a very good listener and supports ideas.

Dislikes

Growth in this organization is so good but you have to work hard. Sometimes you will not get what you deserve due to some silly reasons. But, there is no pressure if you are working and completing your work in 8 hours honestly. Seniors always value and respect every individual.

I like the work culture here in Godspeed Games. It does matter if you have 10 years of experience or one, anyone can pitch in their ideas. And also we get to learn new stuff every week, and to cope up with the new technologies.

Dislikes

Since I am working from home, I haven't got the chance to talk to people from outside my project in the company. I would love to be in one group discussion to get to know them, hear their stories in the gaming industry and other stuff. That way we as freshers in the gaming industry will learn more and take it forward.
