Growth in this organization is so good but you have to work hard. Sometimes you will not get what you deserve due to some silly reasons. But, there is no pressure if you are working and completing your work in 8 hours honestly. Seniors always value and respect every individual.

I like the work culture here in Godspeed Games. It does matter if you have 10 years of experience or one, anyone can pitch in their ideas. And also we get to learn new stuff every week, and to cope up with the new technologies.

Dislikes

Since I am working from home, I haven't got the chance to talk to people from outside my project in the company. I would love to be in one group discussion to get to know them, hear their stories in the gaming industry and other stuff. That way we as freshers in the gaming industry will learn more and take it forward.

I work on Unity 3D to add features and maintain games. Where I do some gameplay programming, UI programming etc Small amount of game design also comes into play.

First thing that comes in our mind is job security in this pandemic period. Company care for each and every employees in this period. Work culture is good. Management is good. Company policies are also good. Gifts and goodies are given to the employees.

Dislikes

Work from home reimbursement should be given, OT rates should be increased, work hours get extended daily because of client expectations. Management should look into this with the client.

Good office culture and friendly work environment with supporting staff leads and other senior members, helpful and kind nature. Opportunity to learn new things. Every company has their own policies but here they are not that harsh as it usually seems. Fun to work with the company.

Little bit of management in teams internally, it bothers sometime but not a that much which affect your work and career.

Being a Test Engineer, I need to follow up for the task on a daily basis. Reporting issues on the database, entertaining the client on their queries, and sending DSRs are some of my important tasks.
