toxic work culture, no regard/help given to 'low performing employees', extreme politics, interviews are curated basis a predecided outcome, you are blamed even for the mistakes forgiven in the past, PIP is a soft firing

Job security and a good brand name are the only perks of working here.

Dislikes

Work culture and timings are worse. No proper incentives structure. Company doesn't even pay reimbursements on time let alone incentives. Politics is at it's peak here

...nagement is transparent..there is a huge cafeteria & gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work life balance, Operations team is treated bad Quality is for sake of name, NC raising,NC closing thats all the garbage you need to do , Need a drastic change in Thought process of department every day good people seeking for better Opportunities and leaving organisation.

There is lot of politics in the downline. People who are in good books in their manager, will only get promotions and increments. Hard working and simple people may be thrown out of system, due to their non political way of life.
