Present management is not good like earlier we have seen.

Work and life balance, salary and incremental policy was too bad, no scope for new learning, office politics was started. Present management doing stop promotion to the old employees. Presently 24 × 7 working culture adopt by Godrej Properties Ltd.

Salary is on time. Except this there is nothing good in the company.

Worst working culture, full of Politics. People who call them leaders not even know the meaning of leadership. HR has no solution to your problems. People sitting at Senior positions only shouts to the top most level and pressurize you for work. You don't feel like going to work. They call it 5 days working but actually its 24*7 job. Company is not bad but people in Senior management roles. They only disrespect you and make you feel you are good for nothing. Suddenly you are no longer required in organisation. They have hired you with 4 rounds of interview and than say you are worthless. Big question on there hiring process. Waste of time and spoiling careers of employees. You will loss your confidence if you work here.

Ethical and values of Mr. Godrej . Management is an issue work is not divided among departments however we still owe mr. Godrej for what he does to keep his employees

Salary is competitive but growth is slow and alot of favourisim .one individual can get 4 promotions consecutively in 4 years and in the same team another will take 1 in 4 years . Attrition levels are high and no one cares from HR to the respective managers if anyone is leaving . This loss is not attributed to anyone rather company

...es with its brand value which is created after years of Hardwork and dedication. Friendly employee policy, timely salary and benefits. Inclusivity, diversity no one can match it. In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

Dislikes

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.
