Dislikes

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.

Dislikes

Issue is with the people working here People who are having experience of 5 and 10 years are the one to ruin the company. They do not allow new comers to settle. They kind of create a toxic environment and run a syndicate. Being a friend of the manager a receptionist is having more powers, we need to beg for tea coffee and snacks. She can lock the room doors she can even torture assistant manager. Now my team people are not even going inside the reception. The entire company is ruined.

There is lot of politics in the downline. People who are in good books in their manager, will only get promotions and increments. Hard working and simple people may be thrown out of system, due to their non political way of life.
