In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.

...s not care about people leaving the organisation. No appreciation for hard work. Bonus is also not given completely.

WFH facility, Quick IT support, Quick HR support, team support is Very good, Company is good enough for employees. Just need some control policy for equality, bcz few senior level employees who have control are thinking only Specific department and people are only important for companies rest all are here to bear us and to say "Haa g" Only.

...nication just base on favorites judging other people, it's look like favoritism. Like other companies here also u can expect only job security and good compensation rest all u have to bear nothing special. No control here also for unfair practices happen from upper level employees to lower level. Even like all other companies here is also company didn't hiring staff even existing staff leaving job due to work pressure and unfair behavior from cross function and such senior due to non support when needed.

Work life balance, Operations team is treated bad Quality is for sake of name, NC raising,NC closing thats all the garbage you need to do , Need a drastic change in Thought process of department every day good people seeking for better Opportunities and leaving organisation.

There is lot of politics in the downline. People who are in good books in their manager, will only get promotions and increments. Hard working and simple people may be thrown out of system, due to their non political way of life.
