Dislikes

Salary structure with experience employees and designation. Employees even management is having ego problems. Junior level employees are suffering. Team leadership quality is missing in the department heads.

Likes

... good only for who is manager or another big post. But normal engineer not good. Very poor appraisals and salary increment. No bonus. The company look only good outside. Only name is branded but inside the company very bad politics.

Dislikes

...tics There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Great team to work, advanced technology, in-house engineering & development, competent technology, in-house assembly and testing facility. Good work life balance, international partnership. Great working environment.

Dislikes

Not all policies are applicable of Godrej & Boyce, less growth opportunities, 6 days week, salary not as per industry standards.

1. No Work life balance ( In Service) 2. Old technology Vs industry Avg 3. Will need to commute in trains/bus for official work. 4. Very old technics to manage employees. 5. No employee feedback machanism. Last but very important- if you are going to service department your life is going to hell. Need to travel 100%. If required work on Sunday and you need to travel on train/bus. Cherry on cake is after travel you won't get rest you need to go site direct from from travel.

Wasted 2 years and faced soo many problem in company I am belonging to mumbai. But company as given me location vadodra to stay no one's is go there 7 people left job but they not go there. Is taf customer to faced. But after one years complete I am come in mumbai.came in Jan company is remove me in April and company hr came to came in my banch and say. today is your last days go at your home.

Go in contract based but company as well policy and rule. Not taken in parement basis.i am lost my 2 years in Godrej. In site engineer and given in taf site to faced but company as remove me in one day only not given me notice period. And is soo difficult to find next job please requesting you guys don't go in contract basis humble request.
