However this is good untill your package in 22 L CTC. Beyond that you better switch the company incase if salary is your priority. - Some GETs are assigned in Maintainance as per the requirement. Which will affect their growth. - Submission of PDM quarterly is boring and makes no sense. Once in 06 months is understood as it will gather more information against the comitted KRAs and Goals. - Not aggressive in initiating new projects. Not taking benefit of the peak real estate market.

Work life balance was awesome. Peers and Colleagues were amazing. So supportive bosses and work culture.

Comparatively slow growth. Salary Date is of 10th of next month. Annual Increment or Variable Pay is always fluctuate- not really depend upon fixed months.
