GCPL is a great place to work at. It is one of India's leading FMCG firms and its very professionally managed. It has some iconic brands under its umbrella and allows one to work on a rich and diverse set of categories. There is adequate autonomy and an individual is able to execute his / her ideas , take ownership and even fail . What is most striking about this leading Indian FMCG company is its set of HR policies and care and concern for employees. These will be unparalleled and second to none. Even in a tough year when COVID struck us the organization has rolled out multiple initiatives to take care of its employees , especially the front line sales , production and factory members. From paying the cost of the vaccination to arranging for beds in times when the whole country is reeling from this pandemic.

The one thing that can make GCPL the best place to work would be to have competitive fixed compensation when compared to its industry peers

There is no job security, no career growth for isr, salary package low and very low appraisal travel policy was low as pr other companies.......
