yes sir atmosphere worst policy superior satisfaction no rule for salary rise same qualification and same experience instead of 10/15 % variation it is more than 100% variation very poor experience technically after even 10 years your market value no increase only big company name and bad culture of l+1 satisfaction if you have nature to tune on your superior opinion then only okay only no of hrs counted not smart work or amount of work other than starting salary future rise has no correct rise not only bad but worst way of measurement of your performance it is worst very bad policy to rise annul increase salary of same qualification and same experience any thing really worst policy no base self confidence man who does not like go on praising l+1 worst working atmosphere really bad working culture only good point is big company name secured job being home product manufacturing your job is routine you are doing same work of mukadum no gain of knowledge for good experience do not join only for goods attractive opening package after 10 years if you are not of nature yes boss and not ready working for long hrs you future is worst over all very bad memories

...er. But your boss is bad only thinks about himself then it's worst to work here. If you are goodieee with your boss your salary rise like a rocket. I personally experience this. So one thing is sure and I have learnt from my past experience. Don't love your company Love your work what you are doing. Company doesn't care about you at all. If you not perform they will throw you out. This thing is so common in every company after pandemic.

So many dislike Salary rise not good. Wasted mediclaim which cost you 30000 per year and gives you nothing.
