Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and energetic. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

This company is one of the most trusted brand across globe in various sectors. This company always thinks about new technology, machineries but along with this at other side they are also taking care of nature. At this company we have freedom to talk to any top management personnel without any hesitation. I also like the re-hire policy here. This company always motivates new thoughts and ideas.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and work pressure is too high (for some employees who performs). I have to attend calls from suppliers and colleagues from different branches across India even in the late evening and sometimes late in the night is well. Few policies are biased.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging, I have to look after complete north and west zone consisting 12 branches. It's really hectic work.
