Gorej's cultures very good but as finance is not growth because same issues.

Boring. I am not able to utilise my full skill. Frustrated management frustrates their people only. Company does not respect front line employees. Highly think about to care of only senior employees like zonal manager.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
