Pressure is high. Salary not satisfied according to site job. Many times Sunday also working days. Bike maintenance & fuel bill is very disappointing, Very poor ..

It's not fair at the time of project cost cutting why only supervisor are terminated. All are family if company terminated him suddenly so where they are going but many seniors have enjoyed in office in high salaries but supervisor are terminate as they have doing job on very low salaries. Is it actual cost cutting ?

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 3 yes before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

... very supportive Seniors and management. Site work culture changes site to site. Although company has good pay scale, ontime salary, better variable pay system. Company will stand with you in your crisis.

Company need some improvement in implementation of culture at site. Site deviations must be addressed by superior at once. Otherwise company is very comfortable place to work.
