Surrounding is good, all workers r supportive, management is excellent, company mediclaim ,medical ,lta , policy is good production incentive for workers is good .

I dont like abt that company is yearly salary increase is too low those who work for 7 to 8 years there salary is 20000 thousand only there is no growth in salary .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

-Very low TA/DA compared to other -FMCG companies. -Salary structure is also very low. -Call from reporting manager on unofficial hours also. Required to provide reports even on holidays. -No support from reporting manager.
