Job security is assured in this company. If you are joining in any other department rather than SMD department than this company is best. SMD department has become worst place to work in this company.

No proper pay scales even benefits are also not given properly who work on holidays and sundays too much work pressure is there less man power new joine dont continue here more than few months due to work pressure. Even leaves have to be adjusted according to the situations. Promotions and increment are not given on basis of individual performance. Management is worse of navi mumbai rabale unit they create alot of pressure on shop floors rather than finding way to tackle it.
