Unnecessary pressure, No HRM at branch level, Lot of politics, ur feedback is taken from ur team (behind ur back), Senior reaches ur distributor point w/o informing u. Working of ASM here is equivalent to working of Sr. SO in FMCG industry.

High Basic Salary, 2 international trips each year. Good medical policy

Poor culture. Favouritism, Personal favours, back talks, too many old school employees who are overpaid. old employees have no zeal to grow. All old employees have a cartel. They favour each other and grow. No out of the system person can grow in this organisation. Organisation top leadership is very weak. No clarity and focus . Will not recommend

Good work environment and culture. Teammates were very supportive.company policies were good,appraisals were fair and they gave good salary and bonus every year.

The management doesn't address our issues . Salary was decent but career growth was slow.
