Work culture is orthodox, if you are leaving on time then they think you don't have any work. Before leaving the office premises you need to say goodbye to Manager without saying goodbye you can't leave. You can't take extra Tea or coffee nor green Tea. And many more.

Not really but each organisation has its limitations such as each employee aspected more form his organisation without any partiality.

Everything is very smooth, nothing is to dislike as such, rather I would say there's a system of discipline, which offcourse we need to follow in our day today life, for our growth and benefit.
