Resignations- As an employee, I have personally spent the most on FAREWELL GIFTS, every month an employee is leaving the company, looking forward to having a sane and mentally healthy life, and meaningful career growth. 5. Leadership - The Leadership team, will barely understand the pain, because they have their partners/ spouses and family members fending for them, hence they don't understand the meaning and pain of not having to receive a month's salary on time.

I have 8 years experience working with GoCoop and every year i had a great learning experience and got to learn different skills. In startup we can learn multiple skills. I have travelled almost all states of India met different people with different languages. Really a great place to work.
