The only likes one can think of is from the perspective of the following: 1. Auto Rickshaw/ Cab Drivers - They still get paid for the fare for dropping off and picking us up from the office, because despite the terrible financial state, the company believes in running 4 branches across the country, with literally no practical or efficient outputs. (forget about earning the bare minimum on the operation they are running) 2. Founders, CEO, COO, CXOs, etc.... - A long list of Labelled Humans, with practically no PRACTICAL knowledge, are running an organisation, people with no head and tail of numbers and projections are trying to experiment at the cost of employees' salary and livelihoods. 3. Salary- What is that? A term that does not exist in the definition of the Organisation, but something every employee will have to keep reminding every day. You are lucky if you get your salary once in 60 days, but in case you are very lucky, you will get it once in 50 days, and in case you are the most favourite, you will have to beg for your own HARD EARNED MONEY, to the extent where you will be okay not getting a salary. 4. Resignations- As an employee, I have personally spent the most on FAREWELL GIFTS, every month an employee is leaving the company, looking forward to having a sane and mentally healthy life, and meaningful career growth. 5. Leadership - The Leadership team, will barely understand the pain, because they have their partners/ spouses and family members fending for them, hence they don't understand the meaning and pain of not having to receive a month's salary on time....Read More
