I love everything the management does for their employees to ensure they feel comfortable. No leave restrictions, no compulsions on anything which you are not comfortable with. More than 3 years, I worked here and lot of support from the leadership team and they are absolute wonderful people and transparent into setting some achievable objectives and goals. Lot of scope for someone who has the entrepreneurial passion towards a product and most importantly you get an opportunity to work within cross-functional teams which other companies usually don’t do and you get that edge to upskill yourselves. I never felt unwilling to wake up every morning and start my work, rather I always felt to have that beginners mindset every next day and it’s all because of the leadership team giving that lenience to their employees. Appraisals are fairly good but the other side there is lot of growth and enhancement that’s adding your way. My best wishes and kudos to the dynamic leaders of PlayAblo for the future.

The founders are really good but they should monitor the directors as well and fix them to have happy staff.

Dislikes

The content director is terrible. She is annoying and no career growth howsoever. She has a name sake manager and team leads both are puppets in her hands absolutely of no use.
