...pany falls short in crucial areas, especially when it comes to employee support. Promotions and salary increases are minimal, and during emergencies, instead of offering help, they often reduce salaries. There is little to no support system in place for employees, and even basic facilities like a proper washroom are lacking. This makes the work environment difficult and shows a lack of consideration for employee well-being

...ovident fund and other entitlement can lead to dissatisfaction among employees. it’s important for employers to ensure fair compensation and benefit to retain motivate and productive staff

Salary not satisfactory. Petty cash not given in time or not sufficient also.some time paid from our pocket. Incentive not paid at time . Lots of politics. Not having sense how to talk with staff specially CLM. IF U R IN RESIGNATION HARASSED BY THE CLM. TAKING A REVENGE TO GIVE A WRONG FEEDBACK TO ANoTHER COMPANY BY CLM.

Management is very helpful and this company has paid full salary and has not taken anyone's job in covid-19 pandemic.

Getting promotion above store manager is very very rare. Otherwise I have seen many customer care executive have been promoted as ASM(Assistant store manager).
