Nothing as such , elaborating a little: You won't stick to a place where you are forced to work on extra hours and still get to know that someone is moving ahead of you because he is proficient in licking a**.Damn first corporate and a funny yet great experience for me to know why these companies aren't performing well.

The Dictator is always in a frustrated mood. I don't know whether he has some issue with his family or his family has issues with him. Considering the second reason I support that. The way he behaves is just traumatizing. "Kaise karoge?"is the term which irritates the most, because you can answer the above question to a person who knows something about software development.OOPS basic concepts atleast if you are claiming to be the Boss!! If you tell him some functions can't be accessed because the class doesn't has permission to do that because it doesn't inherit the one containing the function, you will get a reply with "Kon nahi de raha permission, mai deta hu tum kro!! ". Damn I have serious doubts as to how these people reach such places XD.Overall don't join here if you want to sit for extra hours, get scolding without a reason, if you want to see people changing colors faster than chameleon.Policy changes as if XLR8 is moving on his wheels. I think that's enough for you to understand.

There are only meshing work on pre made 3D models on automotive components they don't give proper information of components there are so much partiality between team members team leaders only prefer and help their siblings there are so much politics they only teach fresher about their own application generator 4 which help to do preprocessing and that application no one use in market if you are fresher or experience don't join this company
