...re was no manegement. One person maintain the whole company for his own benefit. All the time he wants to cut the salary of employees. He is a GM of this company. When anyone trying to develop the company he feel insecure. And after that, he started politics against him. And the bad thing was MD trusted him most. That's why company can't grow.
